Bogovina Cave is maddeningly beautiful!! The entrance is not well marked and the gate at the cave entrance is usaully closed. There is a wooden board with a number you need to call – that is the guide which may be inside the cave with no cell reception… When we were there we waited for around 20 minutes. Eventually the guide came out of the cave. The cave is about 6 km long!!! It’s full of formations of stalactites, sentinels and other natural wonders. We only walked a small part of it… The cave is active and dripping with water on its visitors. There a many puddles of clear water all around.
We even saw fresh tracks of a fox!
The cave is really impressive and worth a visit!
