Avala is a stunning high mountain located near Belgrade, renowned for its breathtaking views. It is famous for its beautiful natural surroundings, the prominent TV tower, and the Monument to the Unknown Hero. Our hike commenced at the monument, and after an approximately one-hour walk through the picturesque woods, we arrived at the tower.

On the mountain, you’ll come across two restaurants, food stalls, coffee shops, and kites for kids to enjoy.

When you’re there, I strongly recommend taking the elevator to the top of the tower to revel in the 360-degree panoramic view – it’s truly a breathtaking experience!
